Huge crowds greet Olympic Torch in Langley

It was Langley's chance with the Olympic Torch this afternoon, as the torch weaves its way through the Lower Mainland. It started in the Fraser Valley, went through Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows, and is visiting Surrey as well with just four days to go before the Opening Ceremonies.

Baby's body found in Burns Bog landfill

A 20-year old woman is facing charges after Richmond RCMP say she gave birth to a newborn and then threw it into the trash. The body of a baby boy was found yesterday by special crews searching in the Burns Bog landfill, and it's a case that has upset even veteran police investigators.

Torchbearers on final day include Arnold Schwarzenegger

The final days of the Olympic Torch Relay are bringing out A-list entertainers, athletes and other celebrities to be torchbearers. The list includes California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, who will carry the torch on Friday morning through Stanley Park.
