ABBOTSFORD (NEWS1130) - An investigation by Abbotsford Police has determined there will be no charges in the Vancouver Police shooting of Michael Vann Hubbard. Vann Hubbard died in March when he was shot in downtown Vancouver after being mistaken for a thief.
Michael Vann Hubbard was shot by Vancouver Police in March 2009 following an argument at Homer and Pender.
