VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – The man who excites Canucks fans with his organ will not be pumping out tunes during Olympic hockey at GM Place.
The Province newspaper reports VANOC didn’t even ask Mike Kenney if he’d like to play. The job is going to an American, Deiter Ruehle from the Los Angeles Kings, who’ll be doing double duty. He is one of the only NHL music directors who can also play the organ.
