Canadian Press reports UFC show in Vancouver a no-go

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – The City of Vancouver says it has not heard about the possible cancellation of a tentatively scheduled UFC card, but the Canadian Press is reporting that a show in Vancouver has been cancelled and may be switched to Cincinnati.
UFC fans were hoping the show–tentatively set for June 12th at GM Place–would take place. But citing an unknown source, the Canadian Press reports the show may have fallen through because the UFC and the city could not reach an agreement on insurance and other issues.
The UFC has already held two shows in Montreal and is pressing to have Ontario sanction the sport.
