1. (a) To enter starting  at 12pm on Wednesday, April 14th, 2010 to Sunday, April 18th at 6pm, 2010 do the following:
• Tune into News1130 during the 7am, Noon and 5pm hours to hear the News1130 Cue To Call (Hockey Charge Song).  Be caller #11 at 604-873-NEWS (6397) and you’re automatically qualified to win.
• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  During the Contest please hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, age, Contest name for which you are entering for a chance to win, and a hand written 100 word letter explaining why you want to win this Butts In Seats Trip to Los Angeles and mail it to 2440 Ash Street, Vancouver, BC, V5Z 4J6. Attn: Butts In Seats Correspondent.  You will receive one (1) entry into the Contest during the entry period for which your request was postmarked and received.
Up until 6:00pm on Sunday, April 18th, 2010 (the “Contest Closing Date”). 
(b) A random draw, by a News1130, (“Rogers”) representative, from all qualifiers as of the Contest Closing Date will be made on Monday, April 19th, 2010 anytime between 5:00am and 7:20am at 2440 Ash Street, Vancouver.
(c) Selected entrant will be contacted by telephone as indicated on their qualifier entry form.
(d) If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within 3 hours, incorrectly answers the skill testing question or declines the prize another winner will be selected at 12pm on Monday, April 19th, 2010.
(e) You may enter as many times as you like, providing you are caller #11 after the News1130 Cue To Call. 
2. No purchase, expenditure or investment is necessary to enter this Contest. 

3. Participants will be eligible to win the One (1) grand prize of:

1. 4 Roundtrip economy class airfares from Vancouver, British Columbia to Los Angeles, California. 
2. 2 rooms for 1 night accommodation in Los Angeles in standard rooms, based on double occupancy.
3. Air departure taxes and fees.

4.  Winner and 3 travel companions must have valid Canadian Passports

5.  Winner or one of the travel companions must have a valid credit card.

6. This air prize is subject for travel only on Wednesday, April 21st 2010 and returning on Thursday, April 22nd, 2010.  Travel date extensions are not permitted. 

7.  Reservations are based on space availability at time of booking.  No change in travel arrangements can be made once the booking has been confirmed.

8.  Air prize is only applicable on the non stop service flight from Vancouver to Los Angeles only. 

9.  Air prize must be used in conjunction with the hotel accommodation prize.

10.  Prize must be accepted as awarded. The prize may not be sold, is not convertible to cash, is non transferable, no substitutions and no extensions permitted.   Request for refund will not be entertained.  Winner and Guests must travel together.

11.  The Prize may not be used towards Aeroplan’s frequent flyer mileage accumulation program.

12.  The prize winner and his/her traveling companion(s)is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein including, without limitation, any additional taxes, security fees, air departure taxes and related fees, local departure taxes, airport improvement fees, fuel/currency surcharges which are not included in the prize, in-flight meals & beverages, in-flight entertainment cost, seat selection fees, additional checked-in luggage surcharge, ground transportation, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, insurance together with any required travel documentation, all personal expenses of any kind or nature, meals, beverages, together with any applicable overnight layover. Flight dates and hotel accommodation are subject to change without notice or compensation.  Extension to set travel date is not permitted. The passenger and his/her traveling companion(s) are also solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the Departure point as the Prize originates and terminates there. It is the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner and his/her traveling companion(s) to obtain all necessary travel documentation including passports

13. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged.  Rogers reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize.

14. In order to win, selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time limited, mathematical skill testing question, posed by telephone or in person at a mutually convenient time.  Rogers judges’ rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the Contest and the awarding of prizes.

15. Selected entrant will be required to return a signed release and acknowledgment form before being declared a winner.

16. By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her entry, name, address and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by Rogers and its advertising agencies, without further compensation.  Winner consents to their photograph being taken by Rogers for such use, without further compensation.  All entries become the property of Rogers.

17. This Contest is open to Lower Mainland residents who are the legal age of majority in B.C. who are (21 years of age) as of the date of entry except employees of Rogers or Sunquest, its parent and affiliate companies; its representatives and agents, the Contest suppliers and those with whom they are domiciled.  The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.

18. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrant.  To receive a copy of the Contest rules or for the name of the winner, send a postage paid, self-addressed envelope to 2440 Ash Street, Vancouver, BC, V5Z 4J6.

19. Chances of winning depend on the number of entries.  Rogers is unaware of how many entrants there may be.  The winner may come from any geographic area, so long as they otherwise qualify to enter the Contest.

20. All entries which are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by Rogers.  Rogers takes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors.

21. All entries become property of Rogers who assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for failure of the Internet or Rogers network during the Contest, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, cell sites, microwave dish, antenna, switch, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any communication or traffic congestion on the Rogers or other network, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s wireless device or personal computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading or sending any material in the promotion.  Rogers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the online or email portion of this Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Rogers corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any equipment or system or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Rogers reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
