The Heat win in the Valley

ABBOTSFORD (NEWS1130) – The Abbotsford Heat were down two games to one when they took to the ice in game four against the Hamilton Bulldogs. Vancouver Giants captain who is also a Calgary Flames prospect Lance Bouma opened the scoring for the Heat giving them a 1-0 lead after 20 minutes.

Hamilton scored the first goal of the second period, but from that point on it was all Abbotsford as they dominated the rest of the way. Mitch Wahl scored twice and David Van der Gulik added one in the late stages of the third period to ensure the win for the Heat.

Abbotsford is now tied at two games apiece with Hamilton with game five to be played in Abbotsford on Saturday.
