Suspects identified in death of Kimberly Proctor

VICTORIA (NEWS1130) – Victoria-area police say they’ve identified suspects in the murder of a Langford teen.

Eighteen-year-old Kimberly Proctor’s badly burned body was found near a hiking trail in March.  Mounties searched a home in Langford last night, but the results will not be made public.

They say based on that evidence, they do not believe this was a random crime.
