OTTAWA, Ont. – The Museum of Nature has apologized to an Ottawa, Ontario mother after she was asked to move to an isolated area to nurse her baby.
Spokeswoman Elizabeth McRay said she has discussed the matter with the security guard involved and said that new mothers may breastfeed anywhere in the building.
The museum will be contacting the woman to further discuss the incident, said McRay.
