Giants take game two

SAN FRANCISCO (NEWS1130) – The San Francisco Giants beat up on the Texas Rangers 9-0 to take game two of the World Series. The Giants lead the best of seven series 2-0.

Edgar Renteria homered and drove in three runs for the Giants in the win.

Texas’ Derek Holland relieved with a man on and forced in a run with three straight walks, the last to Aubrey Huff in the 8th inning. Mark Lowe also forced in another run with a walk to Juan Uribe.

Game three of the World Series goes on Saturday in Texas.
