BC high school students to weigh in on green issues

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – The province has announced a new competition aimed at getting students to participate in showcasing environmental issues.
Students between grades nine through 12 will be submitting art that will be shown at an Earth Day art show in Surrey. The art work will be judged by a three-panel jury, made up of members of the art community.
Prizes will range from $2000 for first place to $500 for third. The submissions need to be in by March 11th.
