VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – The Vancouver Canucks will be well represented at the NHL all-star game in Raleigh, North Carolina on January 30th.  The Canucks are sending their top three forwards, the Sedin twins and Ryan Kesler to the classic game.

The NHL announced the remaining 36 players for the game this morning.

The Sedin twins each have 54 points, which is tied for third in the NHL.  Meanwhile, Kesler has 23 goals and 17 assists and 23 points in just the past 16 games.

Henrik will be making his second All-Star Game appearance, but it’ll be the first for brother Daniel and for Kesler.

Goalie Roberto Luongo was not one of six goalies selected for the game.  Only one Western Conference goalie got picked and that was the Ducks’ Jonas Hiller.

Canucks bench boss Alain Vigneault will also take part as one of the coaches.
