VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – If you need cash to help renovate your home, you’re in luck.  Canada’s only online lending company has set up a new service that can help you out.

FinanceIt.ca is a peer-to-peer lending network dedicated to serving the home reno market.   

The company’s Casper Wong says they are offering the service because small loans for home renovations have become difficult to find, following the recession.  “So we built a platform that would allow contractors, painters, designers and basically anyone in this industry to provide in house financing to their customers at the point of sale.”

The website is part of CommunityLend.com, an online loan provider that has been operating in Canada for the last three years.
