A great night for baseball

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – The Vancouver Canadians return to Scotiabank Field at Nat Bailey Stadium tonight to open up a three-game series versus Salem-Keizer.  The first half of the Northwest League season will wrap up after the second game on Monday.

Vancouver is just one game back of the division leading Eugene Emeralds.  The Volcanoes are nine games behind.

The C’s have played Salem-Keizer three times so far this season, winning two and losing one.  They’re 7-3 over their last 10 games.

Vancouver will send left handed pitcher David Rollins to the mound.  He has one win, nine strikeouts and an earned run average of 2.00.

First pitch will be at 7:05 p.m.
