Air Canada pilots launch court challenge against federal legislation

The Air Canada Pilots Association have announced they are launching a court challenge of federal legislation that kept them on the job, and imposed arbitration.
They said the legislation contravenes the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
This past weekend, a number of flights were cancelled or delayed after a number of pilots called in sick.
