Police notify public about sex offender living in Abbotsford

ABBOTSFORD (NEWS1130) – Abbotsford Police are letting the public know about a convicted sex offender who is now living in the community.

Constable Ian MacDonald tells us Anton Ellis Foulds, 35, has an long criminal history, “including a sex assualt that took place in Victoria. That crime took place in 2002 while he was on day parole.”

He’s also been convicted of several robberies. All of his victims have been women.

Foulds is 5’6″ and 175 lbs. He has a shaved head and brown eyes. Conditions of his release include not possessing any weapons and a ban on alcohol and drugs.

“He has to be at his residence between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. daily. If anybody sees him in breach of those conditions, they should be contacting their local police department as soon as possible,” MacDonald adds.
