SURREY (NEWS1130) – One man is in hospital with serious injuries after an early morning shooting in Surrey.

It happened around 3:40 a.m. outside the Legion on 105A Avenue near 135th Street.

“No idea on the motivation yet. We do believe the shooter does know the victim,” explains RCMP Inspector Randall Marquardt. “Right now we’re interviewing witnesses and trying to figure this all out.”

At this point, no arrests have been made.
