By

TORONTO, Ont. – The Canadian Auto Workers union says they’ve reached tentative agreements with Bombardier Aerospace.

The deals were reached only moments before a midnight strike deadline on Friday, according to the union.

The two tentative agreements cover 1,800 production and skilled trade workers, along with 450 office workers at Bombardier’s De Havilland facility in Downsview.

No details of the agreements have been released with a vote set to take place Sunday afternoon.
