PORT COQUITLAM (NEWS1130) – Matthew David Mikolajczyk, who went missing from the Forensic Psychiatric Hospital at Colony Farm in Port Coquitlam has been found.

This is not the first time Mikolajczyk has escaped, the first time was in 2008.
