RICHMOND (NEWS1130) – Huge plumes of smoke could be seen coming from Richmond last night.
   
The fire was in the area of Westminster Highway and 8 Road.
   
A greenhouse has been destroyed.
   
Robin called us to say when she arrived she could hear popping and explosion sounds.

“There were about four or five cars in the parking lot that were on fire. The nursery was fully engulfed.”
 
She says flames were up to three stories in the air.

Ted Townsend with the City of Richmond says nobody was hurt, but couldn’t confirm the name of the nursery.
