NANAIMO (NEWS1130) - The artist behind a larger-than-life sculpture of Pamela Anderson as a mermaid is putting out her own kind of siren’s song.
Ladysmith artist Sally Mann says she needs to sell her creation because she lives in a mobile home, doesn’t have the room and needs the money.
The sculpture was created entirely of recycled materials last spring and includes about 200 aluminium cans.
Mann says she has received calls, but so far none of the inquiries have been serious.
