UPDATE – Vancouver Police confirms the 15-year-old boy reported missing from Children’s Hospital early this morning has been located.

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – Vancouver police are asking for your help searching for a missing teenage boy with mental health issues.

David Nguyen, 15, was last seen at the Children’s Hospital on Oak Street at 7 o’clock Saturday night, he went out to play basketball, but did not return.
    
He is Asian with black hair, about 6′ tall and weighs 215 pounds.
    
He was wearing a light coloured t-shirt and silver mesh shorts with white sneakers.

Do not approach Nguyen if you see him. Call 911 immediately and if possible, watch him until police arrive.
