TORONTO, ON (NEWS1130) – For the fourth straight week there was no big winner in the Lotto Max draw.

Twenty-nine of the 50 available MaxMillions prizes of $1 million were won, with two sold in BC, seven in Western Canada. Two others winners in BC picked up $500,000.

The jackpot for next week’s Lotto Max will remain at $50 million, with another 50 MaxMillions prizes available.

This is the largest lottery offering in the country.

In July, a ticket holder in Quebec won the $50-million jackpot. At the time, Lotto Max set a new Canadian lottery record with a total of $100-million in prizes.

Since its launch in September 2009, Lotto Max players have won over $1.4-billion in prizes.
