TORONTO (NEWS1130) – A woman, said to be in her 50s, has been killed by a falling sign as high winds loosened the sign near Keele Street and St. Clair West area in Toronto on Monday evening.
The woman was struck by falling debris outside a Staples store while walking along the west-end street.
Toronto EMS said the woman was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 7 p.m with significant trauma to her head.
