UPDATE 10:34 a.m.: Joseph Zess has been found.
SURREY (NEWS1130) – Surrey Mounties say it’s absolutely critical they find a 90-year-old man with diabetes who hasn’t been seen since 1:30 p.m. yesterday when he left his house in Guildford to run some errands.
Joseph Zess needs a daily insulin shot and he could have some major health problems if he isn’t found right away.
Zess is described as a white man who is about 5’9″ and 168 lbs. He has grey hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap with a “Boilermakers Union Local 359″ logo, a black jacket, blue jeans, and black shoes.
He’s driving around in a grey 2006 Hyundai Sonata with BC licence plate: 106 VAB. Mounties note if he is driving, he may appear impaired or drive erratically.
If you see him, you should call the Surrey RCMP Missing Persons Unit at 604-599-0502 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
