VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – Some scary moments for people at Commercial and Broadway in Vancouver just before noon Saturday.

There was a very dramatic police take down involving dozens of officers.

Jerry was there and watched as officers busted three men after surrounding a Black Honda Accord with their guns drawn.

“They blocked this guy in and took him out of the car with machine guns and that, got all three of them out. Sounded like they shot a tire out but they didn’t. It was a concussion bomb to cause confusion I guess. Then there were cops coming from all over the place.”

Vancouver Police aren’t saying why the three men are in custody but confirm they were arrested “without incident.”
