Police issue warrant for fourth shooting suspect

Halifax Regional Police are issuing a Canada-Wide warrant for a fourth suspect in connection to a shooting in the North End of Halifax.

Police say around 2:15 a.m. on November 3rd, they responded to reports of shots fired near Robie and McCully Streets.  A 48 year-old cab driver was heading north on Robie with a male passenger when his car was shot at from another moving car.

The suspect vehicle was a small silver car, fled.  No one was injured.

Thursday, police issued a warrant for the arrest of Andrew Jason Hudder, 26, in connection to the crime.  He is facing attempted murder charges.  There was already a warrant out for his arrest on a parole violation.

Police say to consider him armed and dangerous and to not approach him, but rather contact authorities.

Charges of attempted murder have already been laid in this case against Kyle Douglas Shipley , Kirk Michael Wright and Everett Douglas MacNeil, all 24.
