Police seek suspect in east-end hit-and-run

TORONTO, Ont. – Toronto police are seeking a driver after a 14-year-old girl was injured in a hit-and-run in the city’s east-end last week.
The girl was struck by a white GMC pickup truck as she crossed the street around 5:30 p.m. on Doncaster Avenue Nov. 28, police said.
The girl was taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Police said the pickup truck fled the site of the collision, and was last seen travelling eastbound on Doncaster Avenue.
Police are seeking a white man with a darker complexion in his 40s or 50s, with a white moustache and a heavy build.
Police have released a composite sketch.
