What a Joke
So what?!! Arrest them and they are back out on the street in a few days. What is needed is TOUGH PUNISHMENT! make these guys dig ditches in the rain for months on end or SOMETHING! So it drills it into their little pea brains that stealing is wrong! Damn this province and it’s spineless justice system!
Agree. They used to hang a person for stealing a horse. You don’t steal a car by accident, and you know damn well its wrong by the time your able to do it.
