Missing Ontario man found dead

HAMILTON, ON. (NEWS1130) – Police in Ontario say a man who vanished more than a week ago has now been found dead.

Hamilton Police Chief Glenn De Caire says officers have discovered human remains and investigators are convinced they are those of Tim Bosma.  De Caire says it appears the remains have been burned.

He added that police “require more time” as they continue the intense search for “those responsible for Tim’s death.  We will continue to follow every single lead.”

Bosma, 32, disappeared last Monday after going on a test drive with two men in his black Dodge Ram pick-up truck, which he had posted for sale online.

One person has been arrested in connection to Bosma’s disappearance.  Twenty-seven-year-old Dellen Millard will be charged with first-degree murder.  He’s also been charged with forcible confinement and theft over $5,000.  His lawyer says he’ll fight the latter of all the charges.  Police are looking for a second man, who has not been identified.

On Monday, investigators were planning to search a trailer they said belongs to Millard after spotting a black pickup inside.  They would not confirm whether the truck belonged to Bosma.

This is just heart wrenching! I heard the news last night the first time, kept on having flash backs, could not believe what I heard. Waking up this morning, still trying to digest this piece of news, wondering if it was a story from Criminal Mind or CSI that we often watched or it was for real. Then the sad news of Mr. Bosma’s body being found came on the radio. Why would people do that? Rest in peace Mr. Bosma and I pray that whoever did this to you and your family would be caught and severely punished.

I think I will always remember his wife comeing out and saying “it’s just a truck,” Actions have consequences, and I guess these people have never had the opportunity to learn what means more maybe they need to watch a video played 24/7 of his wife begging for the return of her husband, or have to look into his child’s eyes and tell her that their need for that damned truck was more important than your need for your father.
