HAMILTON, ON. (NEWS1130) – Police in Ontario say a man who vanished more than a week ago has now been found dead.

Hamilton Police Chief Glenn De Caire says officers have discovered human remains and investigators are convinced they are those of Tim Bosma.  De Caire says it appears the remains have been burned.

He added that police “require more time” as they continue the intense search for “those responsible for Tim’s death.  We will continue to follow every single lead.”

Bosma, 32, disappeared last Monday after going on a test drive with two men in his black Dodge Ram pick-up truck, which he had posted for sale online.

One person has been arrested in connection to Bosma’s disappearance.  Twenty-seven-year-old Dellen Millard will be charged with first-degree murder.  He’s also been charged with forcible confinement and theft over $5,000.  His lawyer says he’ll fight the latter of all the charges.  Police are looking for a second man, who has not been identified.

On Monday, investigators were planning to search a trailer they said belongs to Millard after spotting a black pickup inside.  They would not confirm whether the truck belonged to Bosma.
