The Massey Tunnel ranked BC’s third-worst road

LOWER MAINLAND (NEWS1130) – For the second year in a row, a stretch of pavement in the Okanagan is BC’s worst road, according to BCAA.

Westside Road in Kelowna is being ripped for its potholes and crumbling asphalt.

Surprisingly, a bike path finished second; the BC Parkway, which runs parallel to the Expo Skytrain Line, was blasted for safety concerns as more and more commuters use pedal power to get to work.

Congestion on Highway 99 put the Massey Tunnel into third spot in the poll, up from the 10th spot last year.
