“It’s now all business, he’s a good friend. You want to play good against your buddies,” says Lulay who had Reilly as a backup in Vancouver for the past two seasons, before the Lions traded Reilly’s rights to the Eskimos in the offseason.

The Lions, Eskimos and Calgary Stampeders share second in the Western Conference at 1-1, behind 3-0 Saskatchewan entering the weekend.

Receiver Shawn Gore is not on the trip, undergoing concussion protocol after a taking a hard hit in last weeks 24-16 win over Toronto. Gore’s absence means a rare start for veteran receiver Paris Jackson, who caught four passes against the Argonauts.
