VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – Police are hoping you can help them find a man who was released from custody yesterday and has already walked away from his halfway house.

Mosesee Nowdluk, 48, is a six-time offender with an extensive criminal history.

Nowdluk was released from custody yesterday on a long-term supervision order after serving more than 10 years for assault, break and enter, and arson.

He didn’t return to his Vancouver halfway house for his curfew and is now wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.

Nowdluk is described as Aboriginal, 5’6″ and 176 lbs. He has tattoos of a teardrop on his cheek, two roses on his right forearm, a bird on the left forearm and a star on his chest. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, brown t-shirt, blue jeans and black runners with red laces.

If you have any information about his whereabouts, you’re advised not to approach him, but call 9-1-1 right away.
