Excessive noise is the top complaint about nuisance neighbours

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – Loving thy neighbour is easy to say, but not always easy to do.
Leonie Tait with Kanetix.ca tells us their national survey looked into what Canadians thought of their neighbours. She says most British Columbians aren’t very happy with the folks who live next door.
“In BC, a quarter of the population do not have any complaints when it comes to their neighbours, so they are the least happy.”
Tait says there was one complaint that dominated the list. “That excessive noise is an issue, so four in 10 Canadians are actually complaining about noisy neighbours.”
The other top pet peeves Canadians have with their neighbours is not picking up after their dog and leaving cigarette butts on the ground.
Quebecers came in as having the least gripes about their neighbours; about half report not having any issues.
