VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – Diana Hass of Richmond is the winner of the record Guaranteed High jackpot.
Hass says she couldn’t believe it when she heard her name announced. “I was listening and I heard my name and I was like ‘oh my God!'”
She says she plans to go on a holiday. “Somewhere warm, a vacation, take my family away.”
News1130 Meteorologist Russ Lacate missed Monday’s mark, predicting a high of 19 degrees. The actual high was 21.1 degrees.
