Man killed on the film set of “Falling Skies” in Burnaby

BURNABY (NEWS1130) – A crew member on the Burnaby film set of “Falling Skies” died last night after being hit by a truck.
Barb McLintock with the Coroners Office says the man had been working as a security guard.
“He was taken to Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster, but unfortunately his injuries didn’t prove to be survivable and he died shortly after arriving at Royal Columbian,” she explains.
“Falling Skies” is a sci-fi series starring Noah Wyle.
