Nine of top 10 most expensive homes in BC are located in Vancouver

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – Nine of the top ten most expensive homes on the BC assessment roll are in Vancouver and five of them are on the same street.
Five properties on Belmont Avenue valued between $50 million and $27 million are on the list.
But the most expensive home in all of BC still belongs to Lululemon founder Chip Wilson. The waterfront mansion on Point Grey Road in Kitsilano is valued at $57.6 million.
The next most expensive property, the private estate on James Island, is valued at $51 million.
