TransLink apologizes to West Coast Express passengers on behalf of CP Rail

METRO VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – The West Coast Express was delayed again this morning and TransLink found itself apologizing on behalf of CP Rail.
It told passengers on Twitter that track maintenance is to blame, as the companies share a rail line along Burrard Inlet.
CP told us earlier this week equipment issues and even a derailment forced crews to work longer than planned.
