PUBLIC WARNING: High-risk sex offender in Vancouver has history of targeting kids

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – Vancouver Police are warning people in the city about a high-risk sex offender who has a history of targeting kids and has just been released from federal prison and plans to live in Vancouver.
Christopher Michael Watts, 55, is a three-time offender who’s been convicted of manslaughter, sexual touching and sexual assault.
In the past, Watts has given large quantities of drugs to young girls and raped them.
He’s under strict court-ordered conditions, including:
– not to consume, purchase or possess alcohol or illegal drugs
– not to own, use or possess a computer or any device that would allow access to the internet
– not to be in the presence of any female children under the age of 18 unless accompanied by a responsible adult who knows his criminal history and has been approved by his parole supervisor
– report all friendships, sexual relationships and intimate relationships with women
Watts is white, 6′ tall, 160 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. If you see him violating any of the above conditions, you’re asked to call 9-1-1.
