Man hospitalized with serious injuries after shooting in Surrey

SURREY (NEWS 1130) – A man has been hospitalized after gunfire broke out in Surrey over the weekend. Police were called to 122nd and 92nd Avenue just before 8:00 p.m. on Saturday.
The Mounties say a vehicle was spotted leaving the area shortly after it happened. The victim is in serious condition but is expected to survive.
Officers will canvass the neighbourhood and speak with witnesses as part of their investigation. Police say the shooting appears to be targeted.
