High-fashion outlets among dozens of Tsawwassen Mills tenants

TSAWWASSEN (NEWS 1130) – The developer of the huge shopping centre under construction on Tsawwassen First Nations land has announced 25 new tenants, many of them outlet stores. Among the larger chains in the 1.2-million square foot Tsawwassen Mills mall will be DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, Forever 21, and H&M.

Other retailers include factory outlets from Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Calvin Klein, Gap and Guess.

Outlets from Lucky Brand Jeans and Harry Rosen will be the first in Metro Vancouver, as will previously announced anchor tenants Saks Off 5th and Bass Pro Shops.

Developer Ivanhoe Cambridge Retail, owned by the Caisse de depot pension fund, predicts that about 200 brands will ultimately locate at Tsawwassen Mills which is scheduled to open in early October.
