Munich Police have taken a 16 year old into custody for questioning who they say may have known about plans for the mass shooting attack Friday.

Nine people were killed by an Iranian-German gunman who went on a rampage in Munich before killing himself.

Investigators say the teen turned himself into the police. he identified himself as a friend of the gunman.

Police have only identified the gunman as 18 year old “David S”, a withdrawn loner who was obsessed with playing killer video games.

Officers say the 16 year old is a “possible accomplice” could be charged with “failing to report a scheduled attack.”
