Woman assaulted at Abbotsford park

ABBOTSFORD (NEWS 1130) – Police in Abbotsford are trying to find two suspects believed to be involved in an attack at Albert Dyck Park on Walmsley Avenue yesterday afternoon.
Investigators say the 25-year-old was speaking with the pair when one of them grabbed her around the mouth and face and started swearing at her. She was able to break free and run off.
Some people in the area saw this happen and told the men to leave her alone and police say it was then the two took off in a white, hardtop, 4-door Jeep SUV — either a Cherokee or Patriot.
The victim, who thought they were trying to abduct her, told police she noticed the suspects and the vehicle around Clearbrook Road and Hillcrest Avenue just before officers were called.
The first suspect is described as South Asian, 45-55 years-old, 6’0″ tall, wearing a black t-shirt and beige shorts. The second man is also described as South Asian, 45-55 years-old, 6’0″, wearing a black t-shirt and shiny basketball or swim shorts.
