Canucks blanked by Senators

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – Ryan Dzingel scored two goals for the visiting Senators and Ottawa blanked the Canucks 3-0 at Rogers Arena.

Craig Anderson made 22 saves for his first shutout of the season and the 34th of his career. Jean-Gabriel Pageau added another into an empty net for the Senators.

Ryan Miller stopped 25 shots for the Canucks who are 0-2-1 in the past three games after tying a franchise record by winning their first four of the season.

Vancouver will host the Oilers on Friday.
