Man arrested on child pornography charges in Dawson Creek

DAWSON CREEK (NEWS 1130) – A 41-year-old living in Dawson Creek has been arrested on child pornography charges.
The Abbotsford Police Department’s Major Crime Unit says their investigation began in August while Jason Christopher Reedel was living in Abbotsford. He later moved north.
Last month, officers searched a home in Dawson Creek, where they apparently found files and storage devices that lead to the charges.
Reedel has been arrested and charged with Possession of Child Pornography and Making Available Child Pornography.
He was charged with similar offenses two years ago.
