VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – NEWS 1130’s Unsung Hero this week is Lisa Beecroft!
Lisa was nominated by Kerrie Shakespeare who wrote the following:
“Lisa owns a small business that employs people in the community, including people on the autism spectrum. Lisa’s eldest daughter, Julianna, has autism, which has made her a passionate advocate and supporter of the cause. A portion of their proceeds is donated to the Autism Support Network. Running a business while raising two small children, one with special needs, is no small feat but Lisa always seems to find a way to balance everything while contributing to her community.”
Alpine Credits is acknowledging Lisa with $500 to say thanks for being a giver, while donating $1000 to a charity of her nominator’s choice!
