METRO VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – It was a surprise snowfall for many people waking up this morning — the region was hit with yet another round of snow.
Late last night, Environment Canada issued a snowfall warning that five to 10 centimetres were expected, but that alert has since been ended. NEWS 1130 Meteorologist Russ Lacate says the flurries will taper off quickly this morning and up next for the region is an intense deep freeze.
