Charges after Mission RCMP cruisers rammed

MISSION (NEWS 1130) – A man has been charged after ramming two Mission RCMP cruisers with a stolen car on the Lougheed Highway last week.
Mission RCMP Constable James Mason says officers are recovering after the driver of a stolen SUV rammed into a police blockade west of Mission on Tuesday evening.
“Unfortunately we had four members that were injured, received minor injuries and were treated locally by emergency health services. They’re still being treated for minor injuries.”
He says only two of those officers are well enough to return to work.
23-year-old Kody Storm Perrault has nine charges, including assault with a weapon and impaired driving.
Perrault has a long rap sheet dating back to 2011, which includes theft, drug trafficking, and assault.
