Police in Surrey investigating hit and run

A 47 year old woman from Surrey is recovering in hospital following a hit and run yesterday afternoon.
RCMP were called out at around 4:50pm to the 10200 block of 149th Ave in Surrey where witnesses say a vehicle believed to be a silver or grey coloured import sedan fled the scene after hitting the woman before going westbound with 2 male occupants.
The woman sustained serious head and leg injuries and is in stable condition in hospital.
