Inmate returned to prison near Harrison Mills after briefly going missing

UPDATE: Ralph Radford Courchene has been found and returned to the prison
HARRISON MILLS (NEWS 1130) – An inmate is missing from a minimum security prison in Harrison Mills.
At around 6:30 pm crews noticed Ralph Radford Courchene wasn’t at the Kwìkwèxwelhp healing Village.
He is currently serving a sentence of 9 years, 6 months for contempt of court and aggravated assault.
Courchene is 31 years old, 5’11” in height and weighs 250 lbs. He has a medium complexion, brown eyes, and black hair. He has a 2-inch scar below his right eye and the word “OUT” tattooed on his right forearm and “Law” tattooed on his left forearm.
Anyone who sees him is asked to call the police.
