A video was released last week showing three people walking down the stairs in Mississauga then punching and kicking the man who was putting on his roller blades.

He suffered cuts and a broken nose.

Constable Harinder Sohi with Peel Regional Police he says tips from the community led to this breakthrough.

“We’ve issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant for him for one count of Aggravated Assault. The message to Ronjot Singh Dhami and the other two suspects is go see a lawyer and surrender to police.”

Sohi says his department did get help from a police service in the Lower Mainland.

“Once we got the coverage out west, we got a lot of good tips, not just from police services, but from communities out west also.”

Sohi says once they can confirm more information, they will be able to identify the other two suspects.
